Anna Louise Campbell Warren, born on April 27, 1934, in Oconee County, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2025, in Anderson, South Carolina. A devoted mother, sister, and cherished member of her community, Anna's life was marked by her compassion and commitment to serving others.

Anna’s career as a nurse was both fulfilling and impactful. She dedicated a significant portion of her life working at the VA hospital in Virginia, where she provided care to countless veterans, earning their respect and gratitude. Her commitment to her profession was exemplified in her time as a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where she received the National Defense Service Medal for her service.

A graduate of Oconee County Training School, class of May 1951, Anna carried the lessons learned from her education throughout her life. Beyond her professional pursuits, Anna had a zest for life, often spending her free time pursuing her favorite pastimes which included playing bingo and solving word puzzles. These hobbies brought her joy and created lasting memories with friends and family.

Anna is survived by her loving daughters: Glenda Jean Newby (Alfonzo) of San Antonio, Texas; Brenda Jaye Lark (Joeseph) of Clemson, South Carolina; Doreen Val Joy Williams (Sidney) of Portsmouth, Virginia; Jo Ann Randolph (Steffan) of Richmond, Virginia; and Terri Lee Packer (Jack) of Oldsmar, Florida. She played a significant role in the lives of her family, which includes 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, along with her sister, Dorothy Ruth Campbell Jones. Anna's legacy will live on through her family and the cherished moments they shared together #6.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 10 years, Thomas L. Warren; her father, David T.J. Campbell; her mother, Addie Rose Campbell; and her brothers, Billy Earle, David Campbell, and her sister-in-law, Jonell Webb Campbell.

The community will come together to honor Anna on August 13, 2025, with a visitation starting at 12:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM, both to be held at Goldenview Baptist Church located at 105 Church St, Clemson, SC 29631. Anna will be laid to rest on August 14, 2025, at M. J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery in Anderson, SC, following the burial service at 2:00 PM.

Anna Louise Warren’s commitment to service, her deep love for her family, and her joyful spirit will forever be remembered by those fortunate enough to have known her.
