Carol Diane Martin

Carol Diane Martin, 66, of West Union, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025. 

A native of Oconee County, Diane was the daughter of Plumer Lee and Grace Moore Martin. She was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased in death by her sisters, Joyce Stanley, Dorothy Bottoms, and Brenda Barnes, as well as her nephew, Michael Kelly Martin. 

She is survived by Katie Slater, Marie, and Jesse of the home. Brothers, Dewitt Martin (Glenda) and Stanley Martin (Chima), as well as a large extended family of nephews and nieces that she loved. 

Diane will be remembered for her gentle good nature and deep care for others. 

A memorial service will be held at Poplar Springs Baptist Church on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

The family is at their respective homes.
