Diana Jean Wagner, 75, of Seneca, widow of the late Richard Wagner passed away on September 20, 2026 surrounded by her family.

Born in Asheville, NC. she was the daughter of the late James and Viola Foster. 

Survivors include her children, Dorothy Culbertson, Catherine Busbee (Randall) and Keith Wagner, she is survived by her siblings, Lee Foster, Kay Foster, and David Whiteside, her grandchildren, Donald Jay Edmond, Lisa Ann Davis, David Isaiah Davis, Heather Hughes, Megan Smith, Jody Hall and Erica Hallford and her special friend Vicky.

Diana was predeceased by a son, Donald Davis, her granddaughter, Heather Hughes, and one sister Donna Gale. 

She loved flowers, singing, dancing, painting and taking care of others.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2026 in the Chapel of Brown Funerals at 2:30PM. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30-2:15PM. 

Burial will follow on October the 1st, 2026 at Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery at 10:00AM.
