Ilse Therese Dittrich

Ilse Therese Winter Dittrich, born on December 6, 1939, in Bronx, New York, departed for her eternal home on December 14, 2025, in West Union, South Carolina. She was the daughter of Louie Winter and Else Tauck Winter, originally from Germany, who moved from NY to Illinois.

Ilse, at the age of 86, affectionately known as Grancracker by her grandchildren and Senior Barbie by fellow Holiday Out neighbors, was the life of any gatherings.

The family expresses much gratitude to the Hospice care, Aides, caregivers, and medical services who helped in the caregiving process of Mrs. Dittrich.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date, determined by her daughters at their discretion.
