James Lincoln Webb, 76, of Westminster, passed away on March 20, 2026. Born in South Carolina he was the son of the late Lincoln Grant Webb and Mattie Hedden Webb Bates.

James was a US Army Veteran. 

Survivors include his three children; Angelia Davis, Jesse Webb, and Candi Reid, other survivors include his siblings, Janice Smith, Jewell Crowe and one brother, RL Webb. 

James was predeceased by his brothers, Ernest Webb, Johnny Webb, Clyde Webb, Luther Webb, Dennis Webb, Harold Hopkins, and his sisters, Betty Bates, Elsie Webb, Mildred Kelley, Mary Delilah Walker, and Edna Nabers.
