Jennifer "Jenny"  Iris Jackson, 44, wife of Jimmy Grant, of West Union, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Born in Seneca, she was the daughter of Kevin Eugene Jackson and Eileen Whitener Jackson. 

Survivors include her husband Jimmy Grant, of the home, her children, Katlyn McMahan, and Gabriel Whitworth, step children, Hunter Grant and Tyler Grant. She was a loving mother and Mimi who cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Other survivors include her grandchildren, Aryanna Jordan Kensley McMahan, Jaxxton Lane McMahan, Leah Evatt, and Kingston, she is also survived by three siblings, Jessica Tribble, April Jackson, and Tiffany Price, four nieces, and two cousins, Andrew and Emanuel. 

Jennifer was predeceased by a daughter, Jordan Elizabeth Jackson, her Papa, James Ray Whitener, her Granny, Cora Belle Whitener and her special friend, Harold Nichloson. 

She worked at Nason as a machine operator and was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed going to yard sales, always finding joy in the hunt for bargains and special treasures.

The family will receive friends Monday, June, 15, 2026 starting at 3:00 PM at Brown Funerals a funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 4:00 PM. Reverend Ed Brewer will be officiating.
