Larry Christopher Black, “Chris”, 46, of Westminster, SC, passed away on September 19, 2026 after a short yet courageous fight with leukemia.

Chris was born on November 14th, 1979 to Larry Otis and Barbara Ann Black in Seneca, SC. Prior to him becoming disabled, he worked with Century Fire Protection for years. Anyone who knew Chris knew he was a diehard North Carolina Tarheels fan and loved his Nikes! He is survived by his wife, Christy of Westminster, his children Caleb Black, Cody Black, Isabella Black and Jonah Black of Westminster, as well as his grandchildren Clarity, Sovann and Kaysen. He is preceded in death by his parents, Larry Otis Black and Barbara Ann Black.

Chris will be remembered as the beloved husband and father he was. A private service will be held in his remembrance at Cross Roads #2 Baptist Church of Westminster, SC.
