Patricia Nell (Sorrells) Roberts,72, of Six Mile, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 29, 2025. Born on September 21, 1953, in Franklin, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Randolph Sorrells and Maryann (Trulove) Sorrells.
Patricia worked for more than 25 years at Phillips Fibers in Seneca before continuing her career at Bosch. Patricia was known for her sass, her humor, and her big heart. She loved her family above all else and treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren. She enjoyed canning, cooking, traveling, and blasting gospel or Motown music while cleaning her home. Patricia’s love for life, her strong faith, and her devotion to her family will be remembered always.
Patricia is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, William Kenneth Roberts Sr.; three children: Brandon Rogers, William Kenneth “JR” Roberts Jr. (Katelyn), and Teila Newton (Michael); and sisters Julie Pfalz (Michael) and Peggy Ladd (Danny). Patricia is also survived by nieces Michelle Vinson (Chad), Andrea Foster, Sophia Pfalz, Aubrey Pfalz, and nephew Graham Sorrells (Stephanie) in addition to twelve grandchildren: William “Will" Roberts, Eli Roberts, Bentley Roberts, JB Roberts, Ella Roberts, JT Oakley, Carter Allen, Otis Roberts, Amber Drake, Vicky Holinko, William Roberts, and Nathan Neal, along with many great-grandchildren to share in her memories. In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her in-laws, JB and Tilda (Martin) Roberts, brother, Robert Sorrells, nephew Christopher Sorrells, and children Marty Roberts, Bobby Roberts, and Danna Roberts.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude for the love, support, and prayers shown by so many friends and loved ones during Patricia’s final days.
The family will be receiving friends on Friday, October 3rd, from 6-8 pm at the Cremation Society of South Carolina - Brown Funerals located at 101 E North 2nd St in Seneca. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 1 pm, followed by a graveside service at Dodd Cemetery. Flowers may be delivered to the funeral home.
