Rickey Lee McAlister, 69, of Pickens, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 21, 2026.

Born in Easley he was the son of the late Bobby Lee McAlister and Flora Mae Brezeale McAlister. Ricky had a deep love for the outdoors and possessed a remarkable green thumb and found great joy in cultivating vibrant gardens that brought beauty to all who saw them.

He also had a passion for classic cars and loved sharing the history of them with anyone who would listen his favorite was the Chevrolet Chevelle Yenko. Generous and kind-hearted, he was always willing to help those in need.

Rickey is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Brandon), one son, Jamie, his beloved grandson, Isaiah, and his siblings: Pat, Terry, and Donna White and many nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a memorial service to honor Rickeys life on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 11:00AM at The Rock Baptist Church, Six Mile, SC.
