Roger Dale Lollis, Sr.

Roger Dale Lollis, Sr., a cherished husband, devoted father, beloved son, and celebrated craftsman, known to his family and friends as Dale, passed away peacefully at home on December 26, 2025. Born on June 15, 1963, in Easley, South Carolina, Dale was known for his warm spirit and his deep love for family and friends.

He is remembered fondly by his loving wife of 44 years, Robin Patricia Lollis. Together, they created a life filled with laughter, love, and the fulfillment of shared dreams. Dale took immense pride in being a father to his children, Justin and Angela Seaborn of Pickens, SC, Chris and Amie Lee Kelley of Liberty, SC, and Dale Jr. and Crystal Lollis of Central, SC. His nurturing guidance shaped their lives and imparted essential values that will be carried forward.

Dale was a treasured son of Della Ruth Lollis, who carries on his spirit of love and creativity. He was also a dear brother to Lori Dillard and Tina (Allen) Day, and he will be deeply missed by his cherished grandchildren, Oliver Herring, Josh and Alisa Black, Zach Kelley, Jacob Seaborn, Jaeleigh and Lucas Herring, Brooke Lollis, Dale III, Maverick, Maeverlee, Maxford, and Macaden Black, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Dale had a passion for carpentry, woodworking, and he found joy in playing the harmonica. These hobbies not only showcased his talent but also represented his love for the time spent with those closest to him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Lollis, Sr. of Easley, SC, and his brother, Robert Lee Lollis, Jr. of Liberty, SC, both of whom he held dear in his heart.

A memorial service to honor Dale's legacy will be held on January 3, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Norris Recreation Building located at 612 Norris Hwy., Central, SC 29630. Friends and family are invited to come together to celebrate a life well-lived, sharing stories and memories that reflect the joy Roger brought into their lives.

Roger Dale Lollis, Sr. will be remembered for his unwavering love, creative spirit, and the countless ways he touched the hearts of those around him. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
